Sterlig Refund Policy
We understand that there may be situations where you need to request a refund. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis, considering the specific circumstances.
Eligibility for Refund
- Service Interruption: If you experience a significant and prolonged interruption of service due to a fault on our end.
- Accidental Overcharges: If you were accidentally overcharged due to a billing error.
- Unsatisfactory Performance: If you are consistently unsatisfied with the performance of the AI models, despite attempting to use them correctly and contacting support for assistance.
- Duplicate Subscriptions: If you have been charged twice for the same subscription.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact Support: Email our support team at sales@sterlig.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Provide Details: In your email, please include the following information:
- Your account email address
- The date of the charge you are requesting a refund for
- The amount of the charge
- A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund
- Supporting Evidence: If applicable, please provide any supporting evidence, such as screenshots of error messages or documentation of service interruptions.
Review Process
- Our support team will review your refund request and may contact you for further information.
- We will typically respond to refund requests within 5-7 business days.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
Refund Discretion
- Sterlig reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria or are deemed to be abusive.
- We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.
- We encourage you to contact our support team before requesting a refund so we can try to resolve any issues you are experiencing.
Refund Amount Adjustments
Please note that if your refund is approved, the full amount may not be refunded due to certain deductions:
- Transactional Costs: Transactional costs incurred during the initial payment will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Credit Point Usage: If you have used any credit points, the corresponding price for those points will be deducted.
- Operational Costs: If there were operational costs associated with your usage, these will also be deducted from the refund.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that canceling your subscription will prevent future charges, but it does not automatically entitle you to a refund for past charges.
